I'm not happy with my Antstream Arcade experience. How can I get a refund?

To get started there are several pieces of information we will need.
1) What is your Antstream Arcade user ID (email address linked to your Antstream Arcade account)?
2) Please send us confirmation of your payment. This will usually be in email form.
3) How did you subscribe to Antstream Arcade? - This is crucial. Without knowing where you paid for your subscription, we do not know where to look for your payment.
Did you sign up to Antstream through:
the Google Play store?
the Microsoft store/Xbox store?
the Amazon store?
via Stripe card payment on our website?
4) What platform/device are you using to play Antstream?
5) What is the reason you are looking to leave? If this involves the service not meeting your requirements please describe in reasonable detail what happens when you attempt to use the service, and how it fails to meet your expectations. We want all of our users to have the best experience possible, so the more constructive feedback you can give us, the better.
