I subscribed to Antstream Arcade through the Microsoft/Xbox store. How can I get a refund?

After you have followed the above article, the information we will require to process an Microsoft store refund is as follows:
- Confirmation of your purchase. A screenshot of the confirmation email you will have received from Microsoft will be perfect.
- Bank details
- If you're in the UK, this will be your name, bank name, account number and sort code.
- If you're outside of the UK, this will be your name, IBAN and BIC/Swift code, which you can get from your bank.
Once we have this information, your refund will be processed within 7 days.
